We use this information to contact you for further arrangements regarding the goods.

This is data processing based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – performance of a contract or taking steps prior to entering into a contract at your request.

How long will we process personal data?

If no further cooperation follows, we will process your data for no longer than 12 months from our last communication.

B. Processing of personal data in case of a purchase

When you make a purchase, we will work with the data you provide to us. This primarily includes billing information: name, surname, address, phone number, and email address.

Why do we need this data?

We need to process personal data to fulfill our contract – to deliver our goods to you. We will also use your contact information to communicate with you regarding the status of your order, any complaints, or inquiries you may have.

We also process personal data to fulfill our legal obligations (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, or to handle complaints, etc.).

If you are a purchasing customer and did not object to it at the time of purchase, we will use your email address to send you our newsletters.

We are allowed to do this under Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on Certain Information Society Services, if you did not opt-out at the time of purchase.

How long will we process personal data?

II. Who Has Access to Your Data?

Your data remains with us. However, some companies or individuals who help us operate our e-shop may have access to the data. These include:
